Is Bicoin a Hard Fork?
Bicoin has a reputation for being backwards compatible. Hard forks force users to upgrade or they're no longer part of the consensus. With soft forks almost all rules are up for grags, which i find an anathema. For poins to go do that reveals their centralized point of failure.
