All signs are that we're going to get 50 basis points at the next Fed meeting, which a lot of people are applauding. Most studies show it does take several months anywhere between like three, six, even maybe longer for the rate hikes to really get embedded into the macroeconomic system. I always kind of the most simplest thing is to internalize it and certainly welcome to my living room, but I'm not looking for a house or a car.
