Health Tracking

I've been looking at health tracking for almost ten years now, throughout my master's amp h d research since then. And the overwhelming advice is always to trust the instinct of your body over what the device is nudging or the design is nudging you to do. Data cannot necessarily capture the entirety of our human fod body and form. So we need to recognize that when we see that data, that provides a sense of self worth and gratification,. an acknowledgment of that exercise, a which is so supportive and motivating.
