Are You Meant to Pastor a Small Church or a Big Church?
How do you know what kind of pastor you are and what size of church that you should be pastoring? I think that's probably a struggle that many pastors have. Most pastors, the thing that they are most fulfilled by in ministry tend to be small church specific activities. It is easier just so every pastor of 150 knows it is easier to speak to a room of let's just take a large church of 2,000 people because everybody gets your every joke somebody gets.
