The Acceleration of B2B Versus B2C
Five years ago, it was less than 5% of our business. Now, we're reaching close to 30%. This year in Chicago was the first time we had a B2B only summit customer and future customer event. It's clearly accelerating. And I think it follows naturally the digitization journey of these organizations where they initially looked at how they can have a web portal. But then they got more difficult questions. How can I give my end customers real-time inventory visibility when everything is through distributors? I'm the source of all truth.
