The Six Generations That Shape Our Society Today

A lot of theories around generations have focused on major events. But events, most of the time, don't have a long term impact on day to day life. Technology is the first thing that comes to mind when you think about why living today is so completely different from living 100 years ago or even 50 years ago. The developmental trajectory has slowed down from infancy to old age. Children are less independent. Teens are less likely to adult things like get their driver's license at 16. Young adults marry later and have children later settle into their careers later.
