The Fifth Criteria for a Child to Go to Adult Court
In order to send a kid to adult court. They basically had to prove that they were, whats called unfit to remain in juvenile court based on this five criteria. And almost always, the gravity of the crime is the nail that sends you to adult court. Once that decisionis made, it's made come. So now i face the mandatory minimum sentence of six years in prison and a mandatory, mack ar mandatory maximum of twenty five to life. We wen at the height of all my decision making as well. I remember just feeling, frankly, pretty crushed, like, man, i i've just liked single handedly.
