If you love your morning coffee, i'm guessing you don't wake it one day ago. If meditatin is not working, let's try something else. What about deep breathing? Rigt what about if every time you go to make your morning drink, whether it's the expresser machine or a cafetiere - for one minute, do some deep breathing.
