The History of WebRTC
WebRTC was a snapshot in time of the existing protocols that existed at that point so existing and they basically said here's a set of profiles across the whole stack that we are mandating. So like if you think about camera and mic that's a change in behavior. You're now reading something right and you could always render you had the video and the audio tags available. It took a pandemic for all of us to like do like 100% of our traffic became like web RTC at one point because everyone was on calls for eight hours but it was already really big before 2020 Right.
