The cosmos ecosystem really needs a killer app and i don't think they found it yet. Liquid staking will likely be the first consumer chains coming in q123 so it'll be interesting once liquid staking starts becoming more popular. The hardest barrier to entry of creating a cosmos based chain is creating a secure and reliable validator set. It does make onboarding new chains pretty easy.
