If there's a pain point that your ap can solve, that is a huge one. People are much more prone to respond to pain than they are the potential for something better. One thing that i've heard recommended is like a sapari. But if you go to say, like a forum or discord or facebook grove or twitter, and you see people complaining about something, you're going to find probably more better, accurate data.
