Nine out of ten people leave their boss, not company, per se. The relationship really does make a difference. It is that direct manager that's going to impact your day to day. If the values aren't helping to drive those decisions either, there's weigh too many values. And so you might have too many, or they might be the wrong ones. But in terms of specifics of what to do, i often turn to the values of a company. That gets back to what it means to honor organization. Because it will be different everywhere.
