The Case of a Property Manager Who Charged Me Too Much

The property was actually cash flowing a lot like 2000 and one. But however, I'm not getting the money like it's going back to the property manager. Every time I talk to him, he said he uses his card to to pay his contract because he's most property managers come with their own team. So of course, I went and research on him. It's a small town. I research and I found him. We're sending me receipts off all the properties that he was working on. And I was displaying for that so I fired him. Of course, I stayed with the contractor and he's he's a full time contractor for me now. We have an amazing relationship.
