In the SS, you got to get this blood group tattoo on your arm. Mengele does not get this tattoo and it's his ex-wife would later say it's because he had a habit. His like hobby was staring at his shirtless body in the mirror. He just likes looking at himself naked and he can't stand the thought of marring his skin with a tattoo.
