Harvey Harvey Silverglate is a Harvard alumnus. He says that if he gets his message out, he will win a seat in the House of Representatives. His name doesn't appear on the ballot because he couldn't get enough signatures to vote for him. "I'll never understand and it is the cause of endless mistakes in my name," he said about his family's Russian origin.

Harvey Silverglate is a free speech advocate, co-founder of FIRE, the Foundation for Individual Rights in Expression, and author of several books on freedom of speech and criminal justice. He is running for Harvard Board of Overseers on a platform of free speech.
