The Importance of a Collaborative Process in Planning
The size of headquarters has grown immensely since the Second World War. What impact does that have on the command function? I think there's several one is the physical liability and by liability I mean the word correctly we've just produced the most significant military targets the world has ever seen which is relatively easy to neutralize. If you do then it has some consequences like if a British or American division headquarters was hit by a frog in Iraq these things do happen now.
