Before the 2024 election campaign, Julie Chavez Rodríguez had been a democratic political strategist for 15 years, seeing Obama into the White House and Biden into his first term.

She shares with James her take on Biden's final push as democratic leader and how they managed the switch to Harris. Plus, James asks if Biden's gaffes and reluctance to step aside cost the Democrats the election and if the party is doing enough to oppose President Trump's administration.
