Is Modern Education Encouraging Creativity?

Caroly: I personally believe that every human has within them a fairly deep reservoir of creativity, if they choose to exploit it. And i would turn this question back on you angel. You know, one of the central arguments about education in the 20 first century is that education doesn't necessarily teach a lot of people very well how to think. Caroly: There is some evidence that change happens when children move into formal schooling. It does change their tolerance for challenge and risk taking and so forth.
