How to Grow a Brand

I worked as a global brand marketing manager on a brand called Heartpick. At the end of that, my boss came to me and said, you know, you should do one more. He says, look, the strength I want you to do is on a brandcalled Finnish. It is the emotional heart of our company globally. That time it was a 800 million pound billion dollar plus brand. And the heartland was Europe, we had a 65, 70% share and PNG was just launching ferry in Europe. A lot of the learnings for later e-commerce all came from Finnish, just into Finnish. These frameworks are applicable everywhere.
