The Importance of Hard Power in Arguments

Curtis: I think that's a better predictor of what's where good arguments will emerge from than just the mainstream like marketplace of ideas hypothesis. They'll emerge from places that see that have reached basically what they can do with power, right? Basically, if I've done all I can with hard power, I'll do what I can with soft power.
