i think it really is about taking a moment and stripping everything back. Almost don't be afraid to start again because most of us have been on the internet for a long time. i recently unfollowed four thousand people on twitter so i really went completely that was quite the afternoon. What do you like to stay informed would you like to maybe have a subscription to a one newspaper that you feel is well-rounded rather than getting everything from twitter? Are there people you actually do want to unfollow or you want to mute because it's okay to step away.
