And would love to dive in more with this sort of so just a recap, it sounds like youre sort of proposed or what you would suggest to companies is a two year vest with a six year cliff. Ah, how do you think about long term retention with this? You talked about like cascading annually. Can you talk a little bit more about that? Ecause i think this is actually like a pretty novel approach, yet we actually implemented something fairly similar at cora m and a big reason it was that at the time, the vpementinery and i had both been at Facebook.
