The Evolution of Cancer

Cancer cells hypermutate, they mutate rapidly and I think they're doing exactly like the immune system. We may actually be producing more virulent forms that make it more difficult later. So there's a new way of looking at the ability of organisms to partially at least direct their own evolution. This produces really interesting insights into aspects of disease we need very much to try to deal with.
