How to Save Money on Direct Bookings
The main thing for me is it's the power. You haven't got a third party in the fairing. If there's an issue with a guest, you contact the guest directly. When you have a direct booking, you are not worried about it. There is no big brother looking over you, but you're worried about. The biggest thing is guests get so scared about getting a bad review that they literally bend over backwards for bad guests. We've all seen it. Anybody who's been in this industry will know instantly what I'm talking about.
