How Did You Survive When $2,500 Didn't Sustain You?

Nathan: How did you live and survive for the year and a half that you were trying to get this business off the ground? Because surely, even in 1984, $2,500 didn't sustain you. What would you tell somebody who is experiencing similar rejection over and over again to do to survive financially until they actually hit success? Nathan: Yes, I was not independently wealthy as a book packager. I was really struggling. And I think the struggle is one of the reasons why I tell these stories so much because I know that most of us go through these kinds of struggles.
