Midterm Rentals Are a Great Investment Opportunity
Mortgages are not going to be the fastest way to a million dollars in real estate equity. On the other hand, midterm rentals can be an excellent investment opportunity. In my area, we had a fire a year ago that took out 1100 houses. We already had a shortage of houses around here. So some of these long term rental properties have been turned into midterm rentals. They only want three months at a time, they will pay me a lot more.
