Trying to make safe AI will be like trying to make a secure operating system. It's basically a series of patches that were based on hacks, right? And so I'm worried about AI because whatever the regulations are, they'll be wrong.They'll be over regulated in some ways and miss and have huge holes in others. Like when it should be modular or when there should be a regulation on AI is a thing. That itself is intractable.
