How Does Silence Develop Sissy?
Iven wrote a book about silence specifically last year, and because it intrigues me so much. I think basically what creates sisois is this inner focus, this inner peace. And i think in order to develop it at all, you kind of have to come face to face with yourself. You have to not be afraid to be by yourself in silence, at least for like, short periods of time. We have to really commit to having even five minutes of silence in a day. Sometimes it feels like but i think it's really essential to sort just centere yourself, to focus. For me it's just, it's just, kind of, it's a form of connection
