I love hearing these stories of how, you know, it really affects people more than just when they wash their face in the morning. Supporting retail versus direct to consumer is really difficult growing on different platforms. There's only so much capacity that a small team has to be on TikTok and Instagram and YouTube. Every time you make a little bit more money, that money goes towards hiring another person or building more people out. So even though you're selling more stuff, the expenses just get higher.
