I think a lot of us have a very unhealthy relationship with change because we've experienced it so poorly in childhood especially if you have anxious attachment styles. We need to focus on feeling good first even when things are tough which i know can be hard but you have to reframe your mind about what is even happening in the first place and when you take action from that place that is when you become a match to the things that you really want.
