How do you network in that way? I want to kind of create an analogy here because I think it'll help you understand the process. The idea is you've probably got to meet with a thousand people before you can find the 100 that you really want to stay in touch with. And so for a job, you might look for people at specific employers or with specific skill sets who may be able to send you to other people like them.
