The Unpreparedness of Being a Head Coach
There's nothing really that you can do if you haven't been a head coach before to fully prepare for the top job. And every decision that they make, every substitution, every tactical adjustment, every cultural element, people start to question. I think we can as coaches, i think going back into our shell at the fact that the thought of people thinking we're an idiot is one tactic. It's or rather than leaving people in the dark, why don't we come to the table a little bit and say, no, no, i've got this. I understand what i'm doing. He's some of the elements that we're going through."
