Timothy Stanley: How could we completely re rethink or design the entire system over the next 15 and 20 years, if there is dedicated effort to it? He says when you put these new systems in, people expect them to be like, good, just like that. And also, this notion that design has to sort of solve all the problems that it has to creates more harm by a sort of instituting learned helplessness he writes.Stanley: People who are actually the most vulnerable and mot risk, they have no say they are being delivered to.
