The family of a man named hajisa el cordier, they saved 33 jews by gathering them in from the surrounding area and insisting that they hide in his cellar. Despite getting roughed up, he stood em down and saved 33 lives. Of the 600 to 800 jews who had lived in hebron, there were 68 dead, 57 wounded.
