Climbing Training - Do You Have Any Other Exercises That You Like?

Climbers need to do a minimum amount of antagonist stuf to stop themselves getting broken. I've noticed that most people like to do a supportive conditioning routine, and maybe some light training on the hang board. And i think just as we all evolve as climbes as we go on this journey, we just have to keep raising the game and sweaking things up. So you ar then, going back to the rings, you mention push ups, eyes, wis and teas. I'm curious, any other exercises that you like, and how do you integrate those into your climbing training? Those are the main wons.
