How Do You Restore American Power?

Jerry Moran: How do you deal with the fact that something that is, I think, a profound problem for the United States right now? Is the country so divided? You have an incredibly highly partisan country for split, almost 50-50 election after election. It only took a political leader like Ronald Reagan to help reverse those trends. Most Americans are not ideological. They don't hate America. So I'd recommend that everyone get back to federalism as a check and balance on power.
