Is Strategy the Right Strategy?
AI has been adopted by many functions within businesses, but strategy seems to have been immune to its charms. Why do you feel that there has been either resistance or just a lack of kind of enthusiasm for AI among those who develop strategies? We had only about 7% of respondents that we surveyed about usage of AI talk about using it in the context of strategy and financial planning overall. In areas like marketing, supply chain, service operations, it was 25, 30% of the companies that we're using.
