Aneurism or Aneurism?

A slow leak from an aneurism could account for this. I would probly just do the belly. The thoracic is a little harder to get at. Anwas bow gass and stuff, but you don't see any obvious dilation or flaps. So i guess at this point i would send some koags off and probably give him another unit of reds. And yet, i think, i think i'm stuck. Heav n the skin in his belly.
