And you're going to say that you still have 40 to 50% of your kids who are not reading on grade level? That is unacceptable. It shifted my mindset where I said, no, you have to expect that children are going to be proficient. You have to set goals and communicate those goals to your staff. Because these children have to have access. So if we don't reach this goal, they don't get access.
