The Indictment of the Mental Institutions
This is set in the 90s but it very, very much conveys to me an 80s vibe of everything being so grimy and so terrible. There's no nowhere that you see in the future that you want to be. I liked the sort of playing with all the other little ancillary things that happen,. like the guy who shows up in the past and is talking about there being a plague coming. And then we see that guy later sort of preaching about apocalyptic stuff.There's a lot packed into this movie. It does feel like in some ways, it is a movie that though it not necessarily one I would constantly revisit.
