Is Your Team Winning?

i think i could be just as happy from a business standpoint selling carpet and owning a carpet installation business. As long as i can win and i can help my team win, that's the ultimate,. like, business happiness. But then this is where i woud like there's another level of happiness that i think, i mean, it begs the question yurigt winning or watching my team win? Who are you beating? I think i'm beating the peace of my mind that wants to sit on the couch and watch law and order.
