We shouldn't romanticize a ukraine as a beacon of democracy, like its democracy has always been quite faulty. But i would say that this last two months, or two and a half months, has been very illuminating for the understanding of what real democracy is. I could say that basically on every level of society we see a tremendous effort to counter this invasion in every way possible.
