The scope of the issue is finally beyond reasonable doubt in almost every one's mind, yet we still find ourselves disrupted. The term leviathan comes from a book by hobbs which argues that peace and unity can only be achieved by the creation of a sovereign power responsible for protecting the commonwealth.
