Developer Options and Security Options Separated?

A developer options and security options should not be the same thing, because potentially it's a big red flag to have really anular security options unlock that let you mess with the settings. It'll be interesting to see how this lockdon mode works out, and also how it works with some popular apses that starts to happen more. And especially, like jim said, you'd want thos warning, so that if some ap or some person tells you to do it, and you don't know what it means. Its can be like, hay, are you sure you want to do this? Cause this is what would happen if you disabled his feature.
