The Impact of the New Cyber Resilience Act on Open Source
Software developers will be able to have a relatively smooth certification process. Virtually all open source projects will be treated as if they were commercial proprietary code. The only exception is if the project has a fully decentralized development model with only volunteers that have no other job than working on it.
