"I need everybody, including myself to work harder and be more productive so we can get through this without layoffs," CEO tells his employees. He also sets new hours for himself: 830 AM to 830 PM; if there are any weekend meetings I don't catch up on, just put them on Sunday mornings because my kids are out in Sunday morning.
