Marissa Kills Her

I thought she killed her because they kind of implied it in episode six. So like the cop thought that she had killed Marissa and I'm still not quite sure where she got that idea from. It may even after watching that episode twice it may be kind of confused about exactly what it is that happened to Marissa.
