Is There a Giant Impact on the Solar System?

There are a lot of rings in the solar system currently right. Jupiter for example also has rings these are interesting because they're one of the first ones discovered by a satellite. Scientists think that micrometeorites are creating dust constantly to sort of feed Jupiter's ring system. And people think that maybe there are moons there like little shepherd moons that are interfering with these rings and causing this structure. So we really need our like more exploration of the outer solar system to understand these rings and the role they play in the history of these planets.
