How to Be a Better Junior Designer

Some people just don't want to be a leader, and that is totally fine. If you're not comfortable with it, consider leaving or finding a place where you can grow. Individual contributors are not robots; they should influence product teams in their own way. Do not confuse leadership with management: these are different. We should not be order takers as UX professionals but question everything.
