The Stuxnet Malware Strategy

Stuxnet initially targeted five zero day vulnerabilities as part of its strategy. Stuxnet itself infected a ton of machines that had nothing to do with Iran's nuclear program. That was kind of collateral damage, because the goal was to try and get these systems that otherwise were very well protected. If you just happen to infect millions of other computers around the world, well, that's a price you have to be willing to pay.
